To start the conversation again, simply ask a new question. I can left click, and double click but no right click or scrolling. This was my experience using other mice as well but was hoping that since trackpad is part of the keyboard, that Citrix would recognize the trackpad. I do have the Citrix X1 mouse but was hoping not to carry it during my commute and travels whenever they restart.

But will try through my IT department. I found this post looking to see if someone had a fix. I suspect that Citrix likes selling its proprietary mouse but I will see if I can ping them too. Jun 27, AM in response to madmax New iPad Pro magic keyboard is not playing along well with Citrix. Citrix needs to fix this in future updates. The space bar doesn't work! Rather than enter a space it drops down the citrix menu. To get a space I need to do shift-space.

Configure magic mouse so that I can right click without lifting my left finger off of the mouse? Is it possible to configure the magic mouse so that I don't have to lift my left finger off of the mouse every single time I want to right click?
The opposite problem doesn't seem to be a thing. I can left click without lifting my right finger off the mouse, but so long as my left finger is touching the mouse, every click will be registered as a left click, no matter how far over to the right my right finger is. Map foot switches as left and right mouse clicks?
Can a 2 button foot switch can be mapped as left and right mouse clicks? I am disabled and use a usb foot mouse. Can these switches be mapped to be mouse clicks? All replies Helpful replies. Asked by John Ivar Haugland. The menu is not available from the settings menu. Citrix Receiver version 7. On the iPhone we are able to access the menu from the keyboard after an application has been launched in the receiver.
The problem is however iPad last screenshot. This is expected behavior. Receiver by default will have few Settings options only on install and later more gets added after 'Store' addition. After registering with a demo account on Citrix Cloud, the "Keyboard Options" menu-item appear.
Problem solved, but it would be better if the menu-item was there from the beginning. There should be an instruction for this. So it's by default that all iPad models have few settings options?
But why? I thought they should have more options because they have larger display screen. Doubt if necessary but another vote for above mentioned topic. Unicode keyboard is so unwieldy.
